Comprehensive ophthalmologist with 17 years of expertise, including 8 years as a high volume cataract surgery at Sankara Nethralaya.

He has a MASTERS IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (International Health Care and Hospital Management) from the Frankfurt School of Business in Frankfurt, Germany.

In 2013, he participated in an observer programme at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London. He has published in international journals and presented talks at numerous conferences.sridhar eye hospita. his 8-year service at Sankara Nethralaya, he was part of a team of four surgeons contracted by the Ministry of Health, Government of Botswana, to conduct 2000 cataract surgeries in two months from September to November 2011.

Part of a pilot project, “Mobile Eye Surgery Unit (MESU)” in conjunction with the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT – M), in which 900 surgeries were conducted in rural Tamil Nadu on a specially equipped Operation theatre on a Bus from January to March 2012.sridhar eye hospital.

From August 2013 to June 2014, I worked as a Senior Advisor Capacity Building Ophthalmologist and CEO at OIA India Eye Care Centre in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia.
