Bleeding Problem During Pregnancy

Consult your gynecologist, your doctor will monitor if the baby is fine.

1. Stand or walk on morning sunlight for 10 mins. between 6- 7.30 AM this will give you vitamin D which help the body to absorb folic acid.

2. Have a Bottle of water daily not to get dehydrated.

3. Stop having food which is causing blood flow.
do not have – pamogronate. betroot.

while having any food. just try something if it suits then u continue having the food.

4. avoid spicy food

5. avoid heavy food, vitamin c rich food like lime rice. carrot.

6. avoid idly which is too sour. sour food cause more acidity. which gives pressure to utreus which in turn starts for bleeding.

7. this is a hormone supplement which stops bleeding. while i had this issue i had three times a day. slowly reduced to two times and later one time a day. later stopped having it.
