How to Make Cauliflower Manchurian recipe

INGREDIENTS

for boiling:

4 cup water 

1/2 teaspoon salt 

20 florets gobi/cauliflower 

1 cup cold water 

for batter:

3/4 cup maida / plain flour 

1/4 cup cornflour 

1/2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder 

1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 

1/4 teaspoon salt 

1/2 cup water oil for deep frying

for manchurian sauce:

4 teaspoon oil 

2 clove garlic (finely chopped) 

1 inch ginger (finely chopped) 

1 green chilli (slit)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First, heat 4 tsp oil in a big Kadai and sauté 2 clove garlic, 1-inch of ginger, and 1 green chili over high heat.
  2. Also, on high heat, sauté 14 onion and 2 tbsp spring onion.
  3. Add 12 capsicum and continue to sauté until they change color slightly.
  4. 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chili sauce, 2 tsp vinegar, 2 tsp soy sauce, 14 tsp pepper, and 14 tsp salt
  5. Mix thoroughly and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Mix in the cornflour slurry.
  7. Mix well until the gravy thickens slightly and becomes transparent.
  8. In addition, add fried gobi.
  9. Gently fold in the sauce, making sure it is well coated.
  10. Finally, transfer the gobi Manchurian to a serving bowl and top with chopped green spring onions. Toss with fried rice and serve.
